How do i get to the door ajar alarm in my 2002 kia sportage? Want to yank the alarm out.. Is it under the radio? Want to get an idea before i take the dash off again

there could be a bad or not totally depressed door switch/es when all doors are closed, assuming the alarm system module (not sure of the name, some manufacturers call it body control module-'BCM') is good. you may try the following:
1. if there is, tighten each lock nut (or mounting nut) of the door switches, to bring out each door switch so that they will be fully depressed when the doors are closed.
2. to find out which switch/es is not being fully depressed when door is closed: while (& all doors closed) door ajar alarm is on, open one door & manually depress the door switch (try to depress several times - might be sticking). if alarm turns off you found the switch, otherwise continue to the next door. but before proceeding to the next door, tape down that first door switch (you may have more than one?) once you found the switch that is not being fully depressed when door is closed, tape down that switch (to keep the alarm turned off). go back to each taped down switch. remove tape & close door, if the alarm turned off when the door was closed (switch is fully depressed=good), then go to next.
3. you can skip 2, just install spacer to doors. spacer can be a thin piece of plastic (or something weatherproof cardboard) to make the door switches to fully be depressed when doors are closed., not too thick that may prevent door from properly latching). tape them first, then use good adhesive if they work.
other possible causes are bad door switch, broken or detached wire, or bad BCM)
(note: the door switch is a push button which looks like a small protruding nail? & mounted at the door opening, which will be depressed by the door upon closing).

My iPod turns on but its just a blank screen

Toggle the Hold switch on and off several times. This is necessary due to dust and "thumb crud." Then leaving the Hold switch in the On position, simultaneously depress the Center and Menu buttons for 12 seconds or more until the IPod reboots.

Why brake lights wont turn off?

What has happened is the switch on the brake peddle has moved. Reach under the dash and locate the switch and adjust it so the peddle is depressing the button.

I must press the on/off button several times before turning the printer on or off. How can i fix it?

If your printer had a paper jam and will not go online it is most likely a hardware failure. You will need to contact the manufacturer or a qualified technician to repair the printer. Make sure you have powered it off for several minutes at least, uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, and cleared the print queue. But if the printer itself is offline, none of those things will help as it is the printer itself that had failed.

Is it doing this while your printer is still connected to your 8460p? Disconnect your printer. Power down your printer. Depress and hold the "go" and "select" button while turning it back on. If that doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the print driver.

Rear brake lights stay on continusly fluid is fine

This problem is caused by a defective and or out of adjusment brake light switch, if u look under the dash in front of steering wheel near the top of the arm the brake pedal is attached top/on u will see a switch, it is very easy to change, a 10 min job, below find a picture part number and the price of the switch for a typical Pathfinder, this is a 1996, but all model years are similar, u domn't say year of yours. U may want to check the adjustment of the switch 1st, it is a button type of switch, the little push button contacts the brake pedal arm and is depressed when the brake is not being used, when you use the brake the little button comes out and that turns the brake lights on, make the button is fully depressed when the brake is off, if it isn't turn the threaded switch shaft until the light goes off and lock it down with the nut on it, recheck it several times to make sure the problem is fixed, if the lights stay on replace the switch, it is cheap.

Reg. zebra S600 lable

I had this happen when I changed from one label to a different size label. It needs to be calibrated. There are several types of calibration to do to the S600. Here is the solution that worked for me.
  1. Check the position of the laser Media Sensor (figure 13). It may need to be moved to match the type of label that will be printed.
For CARD labels, the media sensor needs to be set at the edge of the card so it can “see through” the notch that is cut on the edge where the perforation is.

    1. For STICKY labels, it can “see through” the backing which shows between each sticky label, so the Media Sensor could be set anywhere for it to work, but will probably be set towards the middle.
Set to Factory Defaults. This is so that all of the following steps will work. I do not need to change the steps based on the type of mode that printer is set up in because it will erase all that by setting it to the factory default. (See figure 14 for buttons)

    1. Turn off the printer.
    2. Hold the FEED and PAUSE buttons down as the printer power is turned on.
    3. Press MODE button four times.
    4. When the defaults are saved to the printer, the CALIBRATE, DARKER, and POSITION lights will all flash.
Test to see if the calibration is set correctly for the label. If not, proceed to the following steps.

  1. Do a Manual Calibration.
Turn off the printer.
    1. Hold the PAUSE, FEED, and CANCEL buttons down as the printer power is turned on, keeping the buttons depressed.
    2. This will run through several labels and do some printing.
    3. Release all three buttons after the CALIBRATION light comes on and then goes back off.
Put the printer into Auto-Calibration Mode.

    1. Turn off the printer.
    2. Hold PAUSE, CANCEL, and MODE down as the printer power is turned on.
    3. Release the buttons after printer is powered on.
