Sounds like you need to drain all the oil out and check for particles in the oil. Some of the new oils have a "cleaner" in them and will loosen debris in an older tranny which will block ports in the tranny. If so... try flushing the tranny with a cleaner availble at most Auto stores. Ask the dealer (preferable a older one who knows about older cars if this will work)!

Hi looks like your head gasket is gone, check if oil in water or water in oil, oil will go grey in colour, and open rad, when cold, check for signs of oil. But not good symptoms, sorry!
It would be the cable. You can try pouring some oil down the cable cover. That should clear up the noise and may smooth out the jumping. If it doesn't smooth it out then the cable will need to be replaced because the ends are getting worn.
If you are having trouble finding a new cable then call your local cab companies. Taxi meters used to run on a cable and the place they got those cables done at likely still has the tool to make cables with. Hope this helps.
press and hold the reset and info button at the same time and the oil rest light should display and press and hold reset then it should say a confirmed
The CHANGE OIL LIGHT can be rest by putting on the key with engine off, and pumping the gas pedal up and down completely 3X in 5 seconds. Sould clear then, if nec. repeat.
