no idea of operation/functions or how to change print ribbon as there is no users manuel

thats the first thing i did,contacted monroe to see if i could get a users manuel.thanks,anyway.

Call Monroe and ask them how you can get a manual. Otherwise Google to see if you can find any website that archives manuals has it for download
