SOURCE: jbl 610 driver

Windows Vista should see the bluetooth headphones without any extra drivers. If you open your bluetooth options, and you can see the headphones, and it asks for a password, try 0000 or 1111.

Also - check your computer to ensure that it does have bluetooth capability. If the computer doesn't have bluetooth built in, you'll need to use the USB communicator that should have come with the headphones. If you don't have the USB stick that came with the headphones, your best bet is to contact JBL and see if they will send you a new one.

Another thing you can try, just to verify the headphones are good - is to try to sync them with an ipod or iphone and see if you can listen to music through them.

Realtek Sound Card is very much compatible with windows 7 ans let me inform you that Realtek is all time including compatibility with jbl media acoustic research based organization and there is no conflict yet with microsoft based platform and softwares What might have happened is either there is infection in system that you may cure by running 3 aplications 1trojan remover, combo fix and malawarebytes ---these are free and safe Next stage is to check the driver compatibility and suggested solution that is a default solution by windows 7 if you dont find any just browse the device manager in control panel and see that your sound card does not have any yellow highlight or red cross on it If you find any download the compatible drivers from the manufacturers website Thanks And Regards Kindly rate this solution
