If you use strata emanager it would depend on how your system was set up. One way is to go to Advanced configuration tab Station tab, multiple call group tab, click on the group number (far right), then member tab and select extention and ringing option. Another way is to go again from the advance configuration tab, then assignment tab select the extention number on the right select key assignment tab, and on the incoming extention line double click it nd select no ring.
What you can do is go into the management console for your system and find the forwarding this is under extentions option 2 fwd/dnd select your extention number and on the bottom option FWD No Answer Time (s) set it to 10 or more and this will change the number of rings.
if your phone had set for ringging assignment, u no need to press any key to answer the call. check the indicator light, if green light turn on, u can direct answer the call if red light turn on, u ned to press the line to answer the call kindly ask the phone provider the set yr extention for incoming ring assignment
Yes, press Feature 4, then enter the extension of the line you wish to forward the ring to. You can also go into the phone configuration to forward after a set # of rings. To ring another extension at set times you will need admin access.
