Question about eMachines EL1360G-UW11P Desktop PC
A rubber ring inside the DVD drive have been detached from unit
You can either remove the drive from the tower, dismantle it and work out where the drive band goes then reassemble everything or just buy a new dvd drive for peanuts and simply replace it.

Inside the machine end of the hose is a round rubber ring that holds the hose into the hose end. Take a flathead screwdriver and push the edge of the rubber ring towards the center and downward. MAKE SURE THAT YOU DON'T STAB YOURSELF IN THE PALM WITH THE SCREWDRIVER! lol
It should come out with some hard pushing. Now, just push the edge of the ring inwards again and hold it in place with your other hand. Put it up inside the new hose end and then use the screwdriver to smash the edge back out again to hold it in the new hose end. Hope this helps. If you need any more help, I have a shop on a POPULAR auction site under the exact same ID as I am using here. Feel free to contact me with any Kirby question.
