You must check first sound may be it mute so you must unmute it then if still no sound check for the speaker may there some thing wrong with the wire or there is something wrong with the the speaker, you must change the speaker ofcours

It can be a defective speaker or there is no sound card, It can also be that there is no a driver for the sound card.
