I believe you can in the scan validation tool. I Think in devices section. Reduce the time on the "timeout" tab. There may be a similar setting in the KodakPro softare

You have to actually go in to it and do a system diagnostic on it, or the instructions to how should be in the manual located usually in glove box.

When the CPU switch on, the system running upto 10 minutes. after that the monitor screen automatically off.

Sleep mode will not disable, even when send button pushed, paper put in for fax or receiver taken off hook. Sleep mode set to default 5 minutes.


Press Menu 1,8
then set minutes to 00
press Stop/Exit

To change the sleep mode: Press Menu Numbers 1, 8. power down, everything, leave it off for a few minutes, turn it back on.. when it gets booted, disable sleep mode option in advanced power features.
