Static Lights and Flashing Numbers

When my RP5 Boots it does say RP5 and then all the LEDs light up including the In Tune light and the Numeric display looks like it is scrolling through the numeric parameters IE 500-20-0 and thats it

I have tried a reset and also the Lithium Battery which was a breeze but still no joy

Can anyone help
