SOURCE: replacing carbon brushes of csb 500 re bosch drill

bosch brushes are unique. they have a spring embedded in the carbon so when the length gets too short, the spring lets go and raises the brush above the commutator and the appliance stops. you need to remove the handle partially or the brush covers and unscrew the brush holder(s) two small screws secure the brushes and holder to the appliance.

SOURCE: Getting intermittent report of "scanner failure".

if you get this error message as scanner failure it would be a hardware issue.. solution you could try is:- 1)connect the printer to the wall outlet and then check by making a copy..if its not working..then try the next step.. 2)perform a semifull reset on the printer..(unplug the power cord and then press # 6 button together and then plug in the power cord back and keep pressing those two buttons till the screen says semifull reset or till the scree changes from HP to another scree and then relese those two buttons) if its still the same then its time for you to change the printer

Hello. Your Bosch drill's motor is on it's last legs and needs to be replaced. If you want to send your drill into a Bosch Service Center for the repair, go to this link http://www.boschtools.com/Service/ServiceCenterLocator/Pages/default.aspx

If you want to repair the drill yourself, go to this link for the exploded parts diagram showing how to disassemble and reassemble the drill. http://www.boschtools.com/Service/ProductServices/Pages/ManualsandPartsDefault.aspx

If you want to buy the part directly from Bosch go to this link.

What caused my bosch matter saw to quit cutting in middle of the cut

Several possibles:
1) Load exceeded circuit amps. Breaker tripped.
2) Load exceeded saw amps. Reset tripped.
3) Wiring failure in saw.
4) Wiring failure in supply.
Time to start checking.
Note- if the blade is dull or the load on the saw is too great it will trip one of the breakers.

My Bosch CSB 650-2RE works fine when drilling horizontally, but as soon as it goes vertical the power goes off, even though switch is still depressed

You probably have a loose wire at one on the connections inside the unit. Open it up and have a look at all the connections, pay special attention to any push in connections as they tend to get loose over time.

2008 ford transit 2.2 fwd keeps cutting out when I stop

This should show up on the "check engine" routine. See if Autozone or someplace can scan it free for you. Sometimes and intermittent problem is stored without generating a "check engine" light until there are enough failures to diagnose the problem.

Sometimes the Torque converter stays locked up and this can stall an engine but you should see a trouble code light. One thing you could try is to use a water spray from a pump bottle and spray your brake booster while the engine runs. If it stalls the engine, have the brake booster checked. The vacuum could be leaking.

Another site is "aboutautomobile.com" that you can check what other people report after you enter your specific vehicle.

On my BOSCH CSB 470-RLE 470w electric drill the chuck is slipping i can hold it in my hand and it wont move

It is a spring loaded hammer drill. You need to push the chuck down just a bit for it to engage the clutch. If it is still slipping then either the clutch pieces (items 23 and 32) are worn or item 32 is spinning freely on the spindle shaft. Here is a parts diagram.

How do the wires go on a bosch CSB650 drill

If you mean the R/l switch attached to the top of the switch. The wires from the brushes go to diagonally opposite connections and the field leads in the others. If it go slow in forward motion swap the brush wires over with each other.
