Question about Canon Pixma MP500 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My printer won't work. It has an error message saying that the inner cover is open, but I've checked it and it's closed. I've looked on the internet and this seems to be a common issue, but I can't find any advice on how to resolve the issue.
I suggust you study the lid and somewhere there should be some kind of sensor maybe a switch that appears to be the problem, make sure it not the PC, try on another PC ?
