Try the Westbend website or replacements.com. If those two fail, try eBay.

How do l fix our leaky kitchen faucet

If its leaking from the base of the spout where its attached to the body, its most likely the O rings that need replacing. The spout body could also be leaking as the metal is quite thin and can develop pin holes under the bottom face of the spout. To determine it that's the problem, turn the water on, place your hand under the spout body, you should not get any water spray, if you do (its usually a fine mist so its hard to see, but you will feel it) the spout is bad, replace it.

One spout is very slow with leaking

The spout is only a plastic with two holes, if the one is only leaking while the other is running corectly then you only need to clean it with hot water and a small brush the hole and the groove. the spoot can easily removed, or even emese it in a pot with hot water for 20 minutes then flash only water.

The plastic top of the glass pot on two coffee makers drip.

This is a design flaw and can be corrected by enlarging the lid spout. First remove the plastic lid. Then use a fine grinder or sandpaper to remove approximately 1/8 inch of plastic from the lid spout. Follow the exact same contour of the oval spout. However, do not take off so much material that you disturb the small plastic tabs that hold the lid to the pot. Finish by slightly rounding the edges where the material was removed with fine sandpaper. No leaks - no drips.

Leaking Coffeepot

I have the same leaking problem. I just called Hamilton Beach and gave them the model and serial numbers. They are sending me a new "gasket" complimentary but she said if that doesn't work, I'll have to order a whole new coffee tank.

Drips onto counter when pouring from carafe

There are other makes and models with carafes that do the same thing. One tip I saw on tv, though not for this particular brand, said one cheap fix was simply to smear the tiniest trace of vegetable oil or shortening on the pour spout. What is happening is that the liquid wants to cling to the pot. It doesn't like letting go of the surface. But water-based liquids readily let go of oiled or greasy surfaces.

I have a Stay and Go. I had the same problem. I tried this technique, and it worked immediately. Two issues I imagine folks will have with this is, it doesn't last (after a few cups, the hot water has cut the oil off the spout) and they will not like the idea of oil or shortening in their coffee. But the amount you need is so small, I never saw a trace of oil or grease in my coffee cup at all.

It does work, but... perhaps a different spout design or material would be better? Don't designers know about such problems?
