Be sure you wound the line in the correct direction on the spool? (see arrow on the spool for winding direction)
and you have the correct line diameter for that spool?
Be sure the bump knob is free and it moves up and down without issue by hand.

Just new to embroidery and baby lock. Practiced embroidery and one block letter is shorter in height than the others

well without knowing what machine your using 4 your letters ?? , now if your trying this manually and freehand , the best help I can give is to lightly pencil boundary lines to fabric, this helps greatly in getting your letters the same height , now if your using an automatic machine for your letters , theres a few things to look at b4 allowing the machine to do its thing , first make sure you have placed the presser foot down at least the same thread count from presser foot edge each time u do it !! second if machine doesn't seem to be gripping fabric properly , use a test piece of same fabric until you get your tensions where they need to be , if your automatic machine uses a holding /stretching framework instead of a presser foot , make sure the fabric is the same thread count in from the edge ( one edge to start with) this will give you the best possible chance of getting letters in the same place twice

I know it might seem strange for a ole diesel driver to know so much about monograms but I did repair machines in a handkerchief factory for ten years .prior too !!

Why does it have no brakes?

Re-calibrate your brake calipers by lifting your caliper housing and using a c clamp to push the caliper back into the housing. DO NOT TAKE THE CAP OFF OF THE BRAKE FLUID RESIVOIR AS THIS COULD LET MORE AIR INTO THE LINES. After you have reset the calipers, try resetting your brakes as before; pump brake pedal until it gives good resistance. With your foot still depressing the brake pedal, start the vehicle. If it does it again, then you may need to re-check where you bled your lines for integrity.

Hope this helps.

2006 Toyota Hybrid Highlander, Everything sounding and driving fine until pulled up to a drive thru line with foot still on brake, car seemed to start "missing" (old school) running rough, then a loud

this fan noise may be the coolant fan doing the job of cooling the radiator when there is no air flow through the radiator as in standing in a line or at lights. IN a drive through line you would have the window down and so the noise came to your attention when the fan cut in. However have it checked out by an accredited repair shop to put your mind at rest.

nobody can answer the IMMO options. its and option. and we can see car? so????
this can happen to any, car any make, using water.
let it dry out, it will start.
use a heat gun (hair dryer) if in hurry.

most cars with 13 year old spark parts will fail wet.
hell even new parts.
tap water conducts electricity. HV for sure.

if car has cops>? (coil over spark plugs)
did you get water down in those wells, oops, it will never run like that.
and will take cop pulls to drain it all out.

zetec engine? what size?
the 2.0 liter has coil pack, and must be dry.

Nocking sound

OK let's do a little check. with the car in a clear area and no kid's or anyone around the car get in and start the engine. Now do you hear the noise with the car sitting at an idle.Let's say yes then put your foot on the brake and put the car in gear do you hear the knock if so hold the brake secure make sure no one is in front of the car and apply the gas lightly if the noise stop's then you have a loose torque converter to flywheel the bolt's are not tight..Now if you hear the knock and it's high pitch metallic then chance's are it's a rod or lifter in the engine. If the noise is a thumping dull noise you have a bad crankshaft. My guess is the torque converter because you said the transmission was worked on and a lot of time's without Loctite and the proper tourque the converter bolt's will work loose.GOOD LUCK HOPE THIS HELP'S

Bleeding air out of brake line after changing brake pads,we got no air bubbles but still have a spongy or soft brake peddle

Bleed the longest line first, then progressively shorter lines. Make sure you are using the correct technique in bleeding--be sure the master cylinder is always full, then pump the pedal several times in quick succession and hold pressure while your assistant opens the bleeder valve slowly and lets it drain until your foot is to the floor. Hold your foot until the bleeder is again closed, then repeat the process. Don't reuse the expelled fluid. Hope this helps!
