Question about Delfield DEL-SSR3S Spec Line 3 door refrigerator
We recently purchased a used Delfield SSR3-S. The refrigerator has been running since we plugged it in. The temperature is down to between 35 and 40 degrees as measured by a refrigerator thermometer but the exterior thermometer is flashing random numbers instead of the actual interior temperature reading.
Is there any way to reset the thermostat, or will I need to replace it?
I think it needs replacing. In some cases, the thermometer is actually the front of the controller of the unit. This could be why it runs constantly. I would also look at the condenser coils and make sure they are really clean.
let's start there. let me know if I can help further.
