My shape XE-A207 cash register won't roll out the receipt paper when a sale is made. It is trying to print a receipt but the paper isn't rolling out.

Usually a broken feed gear in the printer. If you can hear the feed motor whirring but no paper movement, it probably needs a new printer.

I use 2rolls of thermal paper, and left side dose not print all

Does the paper feed out of the left side at all? If it feeds, but is blank, turn the paper around so that the shiny side is facing toward the front of the machine as it exits the printer. If it does not feed, you may have receipt turned off. Try printing a daily report. This should work even if the receipt is turned off.

I HAVE A VERIFONE OMNI 3730. THE PAPER RECEIPT CAME OUT BLANK...hELP!

Receipt Feeds,But Nothing Is Printed On It. Not using thermal paper.
Ensure thermal paper is being used. OR MAYBE
Thermal paper loaded upside down.
Ensure thermal paper is being fed from underneath the roll, as it will only print on one side of the paper.

The star tsp700II receipt printer I have was working great and then one day it started feeding paper before each receipt. So it wastes about 6inches of paper on every receipt. I cannot figure out what...

Our Star TSP700II leaves about 1/4 inch of unused paper on the roll when the error light comes on and the printer stops printing. Is there any way we can make an adjustment so that we're not wasting so much paper?

I have a PCR-T2000. Even though the receipt button is on the receipt paper roll on the left will not feed.

I have never had this problem. Try pressing POST RECEIPT after the sale to make sure it is not in paper save mode. If it still doesn't work, make sure your paper is the correct width (57mm). If it is narrow, the paper sensor will not detect the roll. Make sure it is clamped correctly under the paper holder. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Won't print

If the roll is feeding, but not printing, you may have the paper backwards, or wrong paper. If it is not feeding, you may have the receipt turned off.
If this doesn't help, please supply more information.
