Hi ! Help! The arrow down button does nothing. Arrow up works fine. It is now at 55 percent and I wanted it at 45. It will not arrow down PLEASE tell me how to make it go down! thanks

Turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to OFF and unplug the unit for 15 minutes. This will give the electronics time to revert back to the original factory setting. The plug the unit back in and turn it ON.
When you press the Arrow Down button, do so in increments. Do Not push and hold the button.

If that does not solve the problem, you may need to replace the control panel.

Hope this helped you.

Unplug the power and replug it .
Make sure you removed the protection tape from the cartridge.
Try pressing the down arrow button and see if the error goes away.
In vista right click the printer and select the option Use printer online.

I've been a geek since the late 80s. I've been seeing my Yahoo email database is not working right. I press the down arrow, it goes up. I press the up arrow it goes down. Anything I can do about it?

It sounds like the arrows are in the worng places. Have you checked to make sure that the up arrow is on the up key and the down arrow is on the down key. If not I suggest you do this and either get a replacement keyboard or replace you keys. Either way it is your choice. Let me know if these help.

Samsung yp-z5 scroll panel stopped working.

This is a common hardware fault with this player. I guess it is why the model has been replaced.

The cheapest solution is to buy a faulty player from ebay - around £10 including postage and replace your faulty one. Make sure to check the faulty one does not have the touchpad fault.

It is straightforward to replace the touchpad.
