Question about Dell Dimension 5100 (D51L1) PC Desktop
Go to "My Computer"
Find the listed drive that has the stuck disk.
Right click on the drive icon.
If that doesn't work then there is a tiny hole in the front of all drives that when you push in a paper clip, it will open the drive bay.
Try that and I hope this works for you.
