All programming is done in PGM2. To get there, turn your key to the PGM pos, enter the #2 and press subtotal. It should say PGM2 in the display. If you know the charterers then enter them with a decimal afterward and once you have it spelled press the double "00" and press the button you want to change. once done press the subtotal to finalize and turn your key back to Reg1

There is a table which shows you the codes to type for each character in the programming book. If you need the manual, one of the users has it here:

Program key to discount 20%

I think this model works like the others so you just turn the key to program, type 20 and press the percentage button then subtotal. If you need more information, the programming manual has been listed by one of the users here:

Casio TE2200 stuck in INIT mode and wont let any cashier log on. I have just done a factory reset and set time, date, dept names, and cashier names. Now no-one can log on or off and it seems the till...

It sounds like you might have used the wrong clerk system in your MAC code. If you use a single clerk button on keyboard, you need clerk code set in the MAC code. If you use the clerk buttons at the top of the keyboard, you need to set clerk key in the MAC code. If you tell me the MAC code you used during the reset, I can see which system you are using.

Casio TE2200 register with no power

It may have had a lock up. See if there is a tiny button next to the ports (sockets) on the side (probably under a flap). Leave key in REG mode with power on. Press tiny button for 2 seconds. Let go. If machine powers up, then it has had a lock up. DO NOT PUSH ANYTHING IF MACHINE COMES BACK ON OR YOU MAY LOSE ALL PROGRAMMING. Message me straight back and I'll tell you what to do next.

The 9789745002500 is correct you will use a 13 digit number
