Question about Hansgrohe Raindance 27483001 Chrome 6" Showerhead
It has two selections, one regular shower and two the massage.It is stuck between selections where the water comes out in both ports.The water pressure is weak due to it coming out in all ports.Regardless if you try to go back and forth with selector it's the same.
Sounds like the link between the selector lever and the internal control surface is broken or stripped. if the unit can be disassembled without damaging any parts, then looking in side will likely allow identification of the problem.

pull the handle off and there is a black dial you can pull out and readjust on the shaft of the cartridge that will allow you to have cooler and hotter settings. it's black plastic and has little splines on it . the more you go one way the hotter it gets and the same the other way gets cooler

SOURCE: no hot water
When you adjust the dial to mix the hot and cold for your desired liking, it goes into a mixing chamber before going to the shower head, im asumming your issue is within the mixing chamber.

I too am having exactly the same problem with my triton 300 si. I have noticed that since this behaviour started the red light around the on/off switch is no longer illuminated (whether it's on or off).
I have tried calling the technical support but they wont help since it's out of Guarantee. Have you noticed any other features missing or not working?

When you get a new hand shower you can sometimes get sediment on the federally mandated FLOW RESTRICTOR. Not screaming, that is ****** in cheek. To CHECK the Flow Restrictor for debris, look at the hose connection end of the hand shower. You will see an INSERTED part that is green, yellow, or white. We have to push that in there to satisfy the EPA requirement for flow. You can pull it OUT and rinse it off. Then connect your handshower and try it and see if it is improved. You will not void the warranty in any way by doing this. I hope you understand what I am telling you, but if not you can call me 800-334-0455.
