If there are no obstructions causing this, the problem is likely the springs or their connection to the oven frame. Sometimes they break and sometimes they fatigue due to the heat and sometimes they were under sized from the start. You can buy replacement springs(and associated mounting hardware) from the manufacturer or third party vendors.

Driver door on my 1997 Lin Towncar will not close tight un less a windown is cracked open ( any window). What is my problem?

The latch striker may be adjusted just a bit too tight. What is happening is that when you attempt to close the door, the air pressure inside the vehicle resists the door closing. That is why opening a window solves the problem. There is no back pressure to fight the door closing. If the latch is adjusted properly, then you just need to put more oomph into closing the door.

Is this unit new? Is it new to you? Has this problem just developed? I need the history to help you. If it is new, you have a year warranty. All units built today are as air tight as possible. When one door is opened and closed. The other door can pop open. To alleviate this issue the unit's front levelers must be adjusted to tilt the unit back slightly. The door or doors might still pop open but will close by themselves. If I can help you futher, let me know.

Door not closing, bouncing back up when reaches sensors

IF THE SENSORS ARE MOUNTED TO THE TRACK THEY COULD MOVE OUT OF ALIGNMENT WHEN THE DOOR CLOSES. WATCH TO SEE IF THE LED LIGHTS ON THE SENSORS GO OFF AS THE DOOR CLOSES.

THE TRACK COULD BE TOO TIGHT CAUSING THE DOOR TO REVERSE WHEN IT BINDS.

IF THE DOOR IS TOO TIGHT WIDEN THE TRACK AT THE FLOOR. YOU MAY NEED TO CHIP CONCRETE IF IT IS CAUSING THE TRACK TO BE TIGHT.

HOPE THIS HELPS

Top freezer door does not close tight

Sounds like the top hinge is loose. If the hinge has a cover, remove it then hold the door in the correct position and tighen the hinge screws.
