because your phone is not support whatsup. whatsup support windows os & ansroid os & your os is java(jar apps). so you cant download whatsup.

you have to install it manually by downloading whatsup.apk

this phone not support whatsapp becouse it runs on JAVA os and whatsapp is only for windows and Andrios os
