Can't download to Snapfish from computer

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

Once the pictures are on your hard drive, you can treat them as you treat any other files. To email a file, simply attach it to a message in whatever program or service you use.

Look at picture on phone - should be a share option
select share via blue tooth and send to p.c
On P.C you need to click on blue tooth icon and when asked say yes to receiving files from phone.
Look at where files are received probably in download folder
on P.C.

Three things: First download a photo to a desktop or lap top computer and right click it to check the "Properties" and the "Details" tab. Confirm the image is somewhere around 3000x4000 pixels which is 12 megapixels. Next check that you are actually sending the full resolution file for printing and not just a thumbnail. Last item: have a print made in a lab that uses a wet lab rather than a dry lab. Dry lab prints are inkjet and so are a series dots and not continuous tone like wet lab prints. As far as I know however Snapfish prints are wet lab while Wal*Mart and many other chains are dry labs. Not certain about Walgreens.

the pictures loaded into your computer should be converted into jpeg format. Then you ca upload to your hpphoto media

ok i gave my phone for repair and had same problem. so i went onto the sony ecrisson site, downloaded the software update program onto my computer and followed the instructions. this has solved the problem.

Try this..... connect your camera to your computer. When Snapfish comes up just close it but still leave the camera plugged into your computer. On your computer desktop click on start>>>>my computer. Once you click on my computer you should see your camera listed. It may show up as the name of your camera or something like mass storage device. Click on that and a list of your pictures should show up. highlight the ones that you want and right click on your mouse. Go to copy. Go back to your computer and go to the folder you want to save these pictures in. Right click again and hit save. You should be able to go into Yahoo mail and add the pictures you want as an attachment. Best wishes.....hope this helps.

Figured it out, photos need to be saved in a sub-folder of DCIM into the 100MEDIA folder to be viewed. I am now trying to figure out how to save Snapfish photos. thanks.
