First of all, always update your bios or motherboard drivers from the manufacturers support website or you could damage the computer.
Ok, Go here to Asus support, choose your operating system (Vista or XP), select only the latest bios >>>>>>>
The BIOS update is in the format of a .exe file (executable file), all you have to do is double click on the file and follow the on-screen instauctions.

Enter your model number in the top left and select BIOS from the category dropdown. Then just follow the instructions.
You should only update the BIOS is you have an issue with your system. If you have no problems with your system then you shouldn't update the BIOS (it follows the 'if it aint broke dont fix it' line...).

your model motherboard/computer/laptop, and make sure you select the Windows XP
or Vista version of the drivers that matches your Windows operating system.
