I have 3 operating systems installed so i need to lose two of them dont ask cos i dont know how they got there

I recommend you do a clean reinstall XP Pro using the Windows XP Pro installation CD. Delete all the partitions and create a new partition.

This is generally how your format the hard disk and install Windows.
First you need a Windows XP or Windows Vista installation CD and the product installation code, which is printed on the Windows label on the bottom of your laptop.
Boot up with the Windows installation CD start and follow the instructions to install Windows.
Next Delete the existing Windows partition.
Next Create a new partition.
Next format this new partition - Format the partition in NTFS not a quick format. This will prepare the Windows for a clean install.
Next create a User(name) and company name (normally Home is all you need).
Further into the installation, you will be required to put in the Installation code.

During the final stages of installation you need to create an User or Users that will use this computer.

When you finished installing Windows you need to install the laptop's device drivers. You need to use a computer with Internet access to download these drivers from the laptop manufacturer's WEB site and install these drivers on your laptop.
Next connect a LAN cable to the LAN port from your computer to your DSL or cable modem and you need to Activate the Windows installation on the Microsoft WEB site.
Next up need to upgrade Windows from the Microsoft WEB site including Service pack.
Next you need to install your programs

You can download the device drivers from Dell WEB site, the support download page. Make sure you select your model desktop or laptop, better still, type in the Service Tag number, it is printed on the label on the bottom of the laptop and on the back or sides of a desktop. (If the Service Tag label is missing then go into the BIOS setting and on one of the BIOS pages, the Service Tag number will be displayed). This will open the page where the specific drivers for your model computer are located. Also make sure you select the Windows of the drivers for your Windows operating system. Click on this link to download the drivers: -

Pls how can I remove authentication password from dell inspiron B130.

This is for Windows XP, for Vista/Win 7, the names might be different but the steps will be the same. Click on Start and then Control Panel. Click on the User Accounts link. In the pick an account to change area of the User Accounts window, click on your Windows XP user name. Choose the Remove my password link. In the text box on the next screen, enter your current password. Click the Remove Password button to confirm that you'd like to remove your account password. Now that your Windows XP account password has been deleted, you will no longer need to log on to Windows XP when your computer starts. Windows will now load all the way to your desktop automatically.

I try to reinstall my windows xp and a screen came on that reads log on to windows Users name:Administrator Then under that Password:.I have never seen this and never had a password on this

As DrWho_64 mentioned, you've probably activated the logon prompt somehow. But since you tried jonesspammai's method and didn't work, It seems that your user account's password has been set. So all you have to do is perform password reset. Here's how to reset your password:
  1. First reboot Windows XP in safe mode by re-starting the computer and pressing F8 repeatedly as the computer starts up.
  2. Then (in safe mode) click Start and then click Run. In the open box type "control userpasswords2" (without the quotes, of course)
  3. You will now have access to all the user accounts, including the administrators account and will be able to reset the lost password.
  4. Just click the administrators user account (or the target user's account), and then click Reset Password. You will need to add a new password in the New password and the Confirm new password boxes, and confirm by clicking OK.
  5. All done, you have recovered the lost password
Hope you'll have it resolved soon :-)

I have a Dell Dimension 4500 desktop computer and the cpu had windows xp pro on it for which wasn't genuin windows so anyways I put in a copy of windows xp home for which was on the cpu. I deleated the old...

ok i had to do this with my mothers computer, when you delete a partition, you have to make a new one in its place, i say put in the xp cd, then say to create a whole new windows installation, when it asks you to choose a partition, delete all partitions, then make a new one, your choice to size but keep it enough to at least install windows onto it, then after that just reformat that partition and install windows, that should fix it.
