Question about Computers & Internet
I have a new acer laptop. I was on a video call with a friend and the screen went blank. It was plugged in, no problem there, but now when I press the power button, nothing!!
Start - Control Panel - Classic view - Administrative tools - Computer Management - Device Manager
and look to see if it shows up on the right, if you see "unknown devices" regarding ur webcam and it's not showing, guess what...it doesn't recogize it.
So, simply go download the driver for it (find it on google or on motherboard site), then go to device manager, and uninstall the device, or simply restart the computer, and it should auto attempt to install it. :) install the drivers properly and u will find it working.
if not solved then problem with ur camera

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
