I have a Vintage kinematix reverb with 5 wires red, yellow, white, brown and black how I hook it up what are the wire? it also has a delay tuning knob

usualy you have a transmit recieve switch
like this
.....common
RX <<-- >TX ptt

so three wires
the ptt button common in a cb with 4 pins is also ground
should be
black screen and i think brown
but you need to meter out the ptt common and RX TX
for rx audio switched radios then one pin is RX one pin is TX one pin is common or ground for the PTT and also ground for the screening copper braids and also ground for the transmit audio
so you have 5 wires
3 will be PTT 1 will be audio and one audio ground
usually white or yellow
so i think black and yellow or black and white
black being ground

just look up the schematic or service manual for your CB
and check out the 4 pin plug config
there is only two usual ones
cybernet or uniden so.. easy stuff
look for like cybernet cb 4 pin wireup in google or similar
remember just meter out using the beep test range on a cheep multimeter too see which three are the PTT
so the common of the ptt needs connected to the copper screening and also to the black wire all to the ground pin on the 4 pin plug
you can short from the ground pin on the cb side to its TX pin and the set will enter tx mode
same with rx audio enable {if uses most cb post 1984 dont use RX audio hard switching}
so just three pins to worry about

WHEN I USED ACC2 PIN 11 AND PIN 12 FOR INPUT AUDIO BUT THERE IS NOTHING MODULATION COMING OUT.\r\n WHAT IS SOLUTION MANY THANKS YE7YE

I too had a similar issue, I found this:

For the TS570, the audio input on ACC2 is ONLY active when the TNC PTT line is connected to ground. This also disables the front panel microphone input (and the digital storage unit). There is another PTT line on the ACC2 connector which is essentially paralleled with the microphone switch. This is useful for a footswitch when running SSB contest style, but cannot be used for PSK input through ACC2. The RS232 interface can be used to turn on the transmitter for regular microphone audio, but not for ACC2 input audio.
The bottom line is, in order to use the ACC2 audio input for psk, you MUST use the ACC2 TNC PTT signal to transmit. The microphone PTT, the front panel "transmit" button, and the RS232 transmit command will not work.

Cant hear talking with ear peice but I can hear the beep from the radio and the PTT works on the earpeice but thats it.

Check to be sure the earpiece is recommended for your type of radio. Be certain to have the radio turned off when plugging in the audio device. Then check you have the device plugged in all the way. You should feel a slight click when it is seated properly. Use the in-line-PTT only, not the PTT on the radio if this is the method you are want to consistently use.

Two-Way Radio LI 5650 WXC -> ear bud doesn't work

Did you try plugging in the audio device before turning on the radio? If so, follow this by pressing the PTT on the radio once. It should clear the problem.

Ear bud/ptt, not working

Two things to check for:

1) The radio is shut off when you plug the earpiece into the radio.
2) Your VOX feature is shut off, or set to zero. (The XTN radio will sense an audio device is plugged into the jack and sometimes cause problems such as you are having.)

Lastly, be certain the accessory is designed to be used with the XTN style radio.

Mike to CB

This has worked for me in the past

Pin 1: Shield and Blue (Mic shield and PTT ground)
Pin 2: White (Mic Audio)
Pin 3: Red (PTT)
Pin 4: No Connection or Mic Return

Note: The Yellow and Black wires are not used.

I hope this helps,

Thank you,

No activation

Check if you are using the same channel and same squelch code in both radios. I´m not sure if you are talking about the PTT button, if is so, try using a audio accesory with ptt external just to be sure that your internal ptt is working or not.
