Question about Sharp AR-5520N
I have replaced tonner and developer but the copier copies lighter at one end compared to the other end
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

It's hard to be sure because our model numbers are different but drum reset should be 24-7 and dev reset should be 24-6. Good luck

If you changed your developer? Or did you change the Toner Cartridge?
White stripe? Check the charge on the drum, it might have a piece of dust on it.
take the charge out, (dont take it apart) hold it up to some light, you might see some dust particles hanging in the grid. If so, rub very lightly with finger, do not use a cloth to clean. Blow it with a can of air.
Clean the transfer charge as well
Usually replace those as it is such a pain to clean on the smaller machines.
if you need any further help let me know

SOURCE: SHARP AR201 COPIER
Sounds like it could be in need of a maintenece kit. The ghostinf is usually caused from the fuser or transfer roller. And that would also apply to the band down the page.

SOURCE: Copier lifetime copies
That's an interesting question with quite a range of answers, but in my opinion i'd say the range is anywheres up to 1,000,000 copies. I say that because the toner is good for about 25,000 / cartridge and it's built around a fairly robust box (unlike the picture posted here). But quite honestly most will die prematurely due to technical repair deficiences or time alone. If your copier technician is overly budget oriented (as we all are to some degree) then your copier will only recieve the parts that you scream for and this tends to cause customer dissatisfaction and therefore a copier upgrade( replacement) or the other senario is If you only run 1,000 prints/month the copier will never see 100,000 prints.
