If the jumper you have done is correct then the problem occur from CPU. So try to give some light heat or replace .Good luck

Default passsword is Fireport (note: case sensitive)

To get set password to default unplug power, open case and find jumper next to battery (mounted vertically) on motherboard.
Put jumper to other position. Plug in power, wait ten or so seconds. Unplug power, put jumper back, and voila.

you first should have just reflash the phone and that would have helped...for jumpers you would have to check mobile forums.
