You need to check and make sure you have fuel pressure, then check for spark at ignition, if those check out then check for pulse width at the injectors. That basically is the electrical signal which tells injectors to spray fuel. Use what is called a Noid light on injector pulse width check. that will eliminate all possibilities other than internal issues with engine. I.E. broken cam, broken timing components, obviously if all I mentioned checks out then run compression test. Good Luck

Have you tested the crank sensor? sounds like no command from PCM to pulse injectors.

YOU SHOULD INSTALL ORIGINAL GM PART AND NOT AFTER MARKET. I INSTALLED 2 AFTER MARKET PUMPS THEY WORKED FOR A WHILE THEN STOPPED. THE PROBLEM WAS NOT ENOUGH PRESSURE, SINCE I INSTALLED GM PART NO PROBLEM.......

Check the cable that goes from your battery to the fuse box the relay that is clicking is on. Check for lose bolts or corrosion of the contacts or something like that. If the relay is clicking it sounds to me like it is a voltage issue going to the relay.

try tapping the fuel tank while someones cranks the engine to vibrate the fuel pump or spray starting fluid into throttle body ti see if it starts.to diagnose properly you need a fuel pressure meter and test light at fuel pump harness to see if you have voltage while cranking.
