I Know this is a silly problem....

Ive just got my Canon Pixma iP6600 today its fully installed and running fine, I want to send photos from my mobile to the printer via infared and when reading the manual it said it has a IrDA sensor so i thought i could send the pics straight to the printer but i cant, can anybody tell me if I can get my pics onto the printer without having to get a bluetooth adaptor or by using a cable?
I have tried searching for devices and lining up my phone with the sensor but nothing happens and i cant find any help in the manual.
Please Help!
thanks very much

Cartridges don't work

Sounds like you got a defective cartridge, it happens once in a while. On some Canons, you hold the resume button for 5 seconds and it will ignore the error, not sure on your model printer.
