usually fast flashing charge is faulty battery its trying to get volts in to the battery. you see the battery has a charging board on the battery not in the camera the camera sends the volts to the battery and the battery tells the camera its voltage, and when at the right volts stops charging. but these batteries can only be charged to around 10000hrs depending on the type of battery. you see when you get a new battery you need to charge it before use, now this can be 6hrs to 12hrs for fist time use if you interrupted the charge or have a power cut while it charges it can damage the charging chip in the battery. if this does the flashing light on other batteries then the signal is not being read by the camera and the camera can be faulty on the charging circuit, usually (sometimes) removing the battery for a few hours can fix this but it will rest the camera. hope this helps you.
Ill try to help you, I think the slow flashing green lite is when you first plug it in the longer its on it will flash quickly when almost finished mine blinks untill full then stays on try to wear your battery all the way down then try to charge again good luck
First Option: mostly nokia chargers doesn't make problems... just try the following.. connect ur mobile with a system (usb cable)... found out whether it is charging or not... if the same prblm appears then there is a prblm in ur cell phone or power jack(socket)... if it charged with usb cable buy a new charger Please change Phone Bettery and check the charging IF Charging Problem not Solved So
Second Option: Your Phone charging IC Fault So Please change charging IC And charging Problem will Solved Quickly
Please check the output dc voltage of AC adapter. Whether the voltage is same as written on AC Adapter. if adapter is ok, then Remove the battery from laptop and clean the contact area of battery. then insert into laptop and check the charging condition.
If not charging, please try with spare or another battery or new battery...
thats mean the charging system is faulty and sometimes there are breakages at the edge of the power cable where the pin is.try another power cable if it shows the same signal then the fault is on the laptop board.
The diagnostic Error is a False positive you can ignore the diag error as the LCD is functional. If the battery is not recognized in the BIOS or you get an warning the AC adapter is not recognized, then you may have either a damaged AC adapter sensing pin (Fine wire in middle of ac adapter connection to Laptop) or a problem with the charging unit on the motherboard.
If the sensing pin is damaged or the ac adpater is not sending the right signal to the system, the battery charger will not work. SO if you have another Dell D series AC adapter, you can try it 1st. If the battery is 18 mos to 2 years old, you might see if it is IDs in BIOS and if it indicates battery state. Also the battery should have a test button and 5 LEDs on it. If the 1st 3rd and 5th LED flash the battery is bad. ANy any come on solid, then it is a % of charge, each LED = 20%
If you end up replacing hardware, then it will most likely be in this order:
some issue have to make sure
1) check battery charging indicate light on(yellow)
2) check AC adapter and DC jack connection if no bettery charging
3) check power on from battery or AC adapter that situation is same or not
4) take away HD DVD and change memory
5) plug extenal monitor
if no any thing show on the screen, you have to send to repair by the specialist.
