Windows vista home premium error blu screen 0.000000a0 (non si spegne si riavvia dopo spegnimento(

Hi,
I hope I can help, but it might take a little while. The first thing I suggest is to boot up in safe mode, then run anti-virus/malware software. If the virus software finds something, then try to reboot and see if it works. If not, then boot up in safe mode again and try checking for updates on drivers. Usually, at this point, I would check the video drivers first and reinstall from the cd. Sometimes just disabling the driver might work.
OR
open the cpu and remove the RAM clean it with dry cloth and re-insert again.
If you need more help, let me know.

Good Luck. It might take some time to do all the checking, but..without reformatting the drive and reinstalling, it's about as good as it gets.

I'm doing a system restore in Vista home premium and every time i choose a restore point and start the restore it'll go for bout 2-5 minutes then suddenly it'll go to a blue screen VERY fast and says...

Instead of rebooting to safe mode select the option for "Last known working configuration"

Once windows boots to this, presumably working setting, attempt to restore to your desired point again.

If that fails yet again you may opt to restore to a point further back in time if this is a possibility.

If these do not solve the issue please feel free to clarify the problem, why these solutions did not resolve your issue and we will be happy to assist you further.

Windows Vista hangs at 3 of 3

You should be able to go to Add Remove and remove the specific update from the date it was loaded. You can also try a System Restore if you have one available for that date. The update did not install itself properly and keeps trying to do so.

Vista Home won't boot

NeoSmart Technologies offers a download called Vista Recovery Disk in .iso format. Download and mount the iso with your favorit burning program. Boot to the cd to access the recovery center. Hopefully you'll be able to repair your Windows Vista installation or restore to a known good configuration.

Windows Vista system restore keeps running (8hrs)

Press F8 as the laptop boots up, instead of selecting boot in Safe Mode, select Last Good Known Configuration.
With luck it will return to normal.

Next time you are staring it, tap F8 key and boot into safe mode or safe mode with networking. then check the Problems and Solutions in Control Panel for the issue. If nothing is found there, back up sensitive data and reinstall or perform System Recovery.
