Question about Vehicle Parts & Accessories
It wont pick up speed but any after 50 miles it goes into overdrive

Hi. Have it checked by a professional. It sounds like either the clutch packs are burned-out, the torque converter is shot, or the kick-down or downshift is not working properly. Only when a vehicle has reached a specific speed will overdrive kick-in or the transmission will be allowed to operate in overdrive mode. Chrysler Sebring, Dynasty, New Yorker, and many other models were made using a fully electronic transmission that tended to fail very early in normal use. Many failed during the warranty period and Chrysler refused to replace them under warranty, sticking customers with a bill of $3800-8000 for misuse or abuse of their vehicles, prompting one of several lawsuits filed against them since 1991 starting with the defective ABS systems. Most of these electronic transmissions could not be repaired properly by the dealerships, forcing them to return them directly to their manufacturing facilities to rebuild them, only to fail yet again within the first 2 years of normal service.
