No power. Unit was working fine when it shut down. no power of any kind. Unit is plugged in properly and outlet has power.

has a blown inner fuse or a open thermo (under the oven cavity ceiling or on the magnetron). if it's the main fuse out, you probably have a failed component.

My microwave just power...circuit breaker was fine just no power to the microwave

Some units have a fuse inside that may be bad or there are thermo fuses that may have failed in the cabinet. Take it to a servicer or just buy a new one.

Dryer is over heating, all thermo have been replaced along with motor and belt. Turn on and still shuts down and smells like its burning. Dryer is hot to touch.

dryer element is fused to metal housing thereby heating all the time as the element is grounded all the time making a closed circuit

Call any service center that services appliances or most any electronics parts supplier. You will have to know the specs of the thermo fuse to order one.

If the thermo fuse is blown, most likely there was an overheating condition, and there is a failure somewhere. This can be a serious safety issue. When you change the fuse, it may blow again. It would be best to verify the specifications and for proper operation of the unit before using it again. A qualified service center for microwave ovens can do this for you.

Microwave dead

First, there is an outlet. Plug in something else. Inside the key panel, there are fuses and a thermo sensor. Either may be bad. The thermosensor is about the diameter of a dime, black and 3/8 inch thick...attached to the wall of the chamber. All should have continuity.

Could be the relay, an internal fuse. With the power off, open up the key panel and search for a fuse. Also, there are thermo sensors black, diameter of a dime and 3/8 inch thick with two wires. Check the fuse and replace if necessary. The thermo can be jumped out to test. Remove the wires, use a paper clip between them and tape it up. Briefly turn the unit on. Replace if it works now. The thermo is generally clamped to the wall of the oven behind the key panel. Never run without the thermo sensor.

My microwave is a 2005

jl, first, are you sure that you have power? Plug something else in to check. Also, unplug the unit, wait a full minute and repower. Sometimes this resets the units. Second, fuses are generally located inside the keypanel area. With the unit unplugged, remove the screws holding the panel on. Inside, you will find at least one fuse. You will also find thermo sensors. They are black, about the diameter of a dime and 3/8 inch thick with two wires coming out of them. Check them for continuity.
