Re: My hp pavilion mx70 is running so slow
The issue can be caused by many many reasons such as outdated hardware,
overload startup programs, corrupt registry issues, too many junks,
virus attack, poor security software taking too much system resources,
remnants of uninstalled applications etc. The fact is, you should keep
some system maintenance job regularly. If you don't want to do these
manually, try the solution: http://www.speeduphp.com/fix-slow-hp.html
Meanwhile, upgrading hardware configuration (add RAM,
change a new video card, larger-volume HDD etc) can be a fast yet
effective way to improve your pc performance. But that won't be the most
economical way, as you know you can't always afford to do that.

Computer needs a cleaning or it is your internet connection or provider. Go and check your internet speed by typing Internet speed test in your browser and test to see how fast or slow your internet is running. If the internet is slow it will most likely run movies slow online and we call this buffering witch we all hate but it is do to slow computer or an upgrade needs to be done threw your internet provider.. Good luck hope this helped....
There are a number of reasons that may causing your HP computer running slow to shut down or start up, but generally two factors: outdated hardware or poor system maintenance. For hardware part: you can get more RAM, higher CPU etc. For system part: there might be a lot of junk files, caches, errors etc out there, about 80% slow HP issues are caused by this reason, in this case you can rely on http://www.speeduphp.com/ to free detect and fix related issues. First of all you can check the computer by connecting another monitor to it to see if the problem goes away...if so then the problem would be in the monitor. If not , then I would try to change the video grafics card in the computer(assuming you don't have built in video). If you have built in video on the mother board then you will either need to replace the motherboard or disable the onboard video and install a video card
Need to download correct graphics drivers and then you will be able to change the options. If you already have up to date drivers then you need to Right Click on desktop and select properties and then click on the Settings Tab and change it from 16 color to Highest (32 bit). Oh, go to manufacturers web site to download drivers.
What you need to do is buy additional memory and install it. Whats happening is that the memory installed is not enough to run all the applications on your computer. In order, to properly run any more applications (programs) its the only thing you can do or remove the programs you don't need. Hope this helps. Bud
