What settings are on the toggle switch?


Probably bottom = low heat; middle = medium heat; top = high heat

My rival crock pot model 5865 sticker on the heating unit that tells you high/low etc. fell off and now I don't know which position is high or low? Can you help? Can I buy a replacement sticker? H

All clad slow cooker won't heat up.


I tried to locate the manual with google, and had luck to find this page, they have the manual!

I don't know what the symbols 0 I II mean on my slow cooker SCV300SL


It is a universal symbols,0= off, 1=low heat, II= high heat. Hope this helps you. Rob

Won't heat properly


check for connections to terminals at source and feed points and make sure the are rightly fitted tightly or it could be low voltage.

Hi the crockpot controls have erased the settings could you tell me what is hi...low or heat


Most crockpots have only two settings: low and high/heat. Use the high/heat setting for dishes that will cook in 2-4 hours. The low setting is for your "all day" cooking, typically 6-8 hours.

On this machine it has I and II. Which one is high heat and which one is low heat?


I= hot
II=hotter
not very user-friendly controls, are they? :)

My crockpot's cable was damaged from heat.


amy i would try to tell you how to fix this but i would cost you some money to buy all the things to fix it you might try to go to a tv repair shop and see if they could put another cord on it for you they might charge you 5-10 dollars for this k
