Having problems with playing movies on Netflix site. Have removed and reloaded Silverlight numerous times however still will not play movies.
In the internet explorer options. On the programs tab press the manage addons button. Make sure that Microsoft Silverlight is enabled.
if that does not solve the problem try resettings Internet Explorer settings
In the Internet Explorer Menu Bar, go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab (last tab on right) > Reset Internet Explorer Settings > Reset

Make sure that any programs that typically use Silverlight (i.e. Zune, etc.) are closed during the installation or check to make sure that your computer is updated and running the latest version of Windows XP. If neither of those suggestions work, try a restart.
