1. A temporary printer main motor error has occurred.
2. Replace the main motor
3. Replace the D.C. controller board.

This is often caused by a seized cartridge, so try taking out all of the cartridges and turning the printer off and on. it should come up, run the motors, and then ask for cartridges. put them in one at a time, closing the printer after each one, and the bad cartridge should stall the printer. then just replace that cartridge and you should be fine.
