Question about Yahoo Mail

Open Question

Yahoo Mail says loading... but doesn't!

This is a recent problem. as far as i can remember, i have not made any changes to my home pc. yet everybody in my household is unable to check their yahoo mail, and only their yahoo accounts. you can login fine but it absolutely will not take you to the inbox. you can find a few inbox links around the page and none of them work. i can view an outgoing message and my contacts. that's it. i can't open the folders either. i was waiting specifically for an email one day and was red hot that i couldn't get in to check if it was there. i noticed their was a mail search designed just for my account. so i typed in the senders name that i was awaiting to hear from, and it did bring up just that new unopened letter from my inbox. that is the only way i can now read my mail from home. it's quite frustration! i have switched back to classic yahoo mail, and the results were the same. please help!!!

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: yahoo mail error

This is quite unusual and there is nothing you can do about this except to report this error to the Yahoo mail technical support team.

Go to the following page

http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/forms_index.html

and from it select the form (click the page to get it), that is proper for your report.

Don't send any login information unless they ask for it (they will likely NOT ask for a password, but can ask you for your username).

This error information shows that their mail login processing scripts and possibly their database interface have been corrupted or coded incorrectly, and this is something that only they can fix, not you, the mailbox user. HTH

SOURCE: Yahoo mail login errors

It is pssible to get to your mail by changing your account to Yahoo Classic. To do this you will need to go to Yahoo's home page and click on the 'Mail' link. When the "Error" 1st message comes up click OK. When the 2nd messgae appears move the "Error" message over the "having trouble loggin on" message located in the top right of the of the screen. Locate the OK button over this message. Very quickly, and I mean rapid, click the OK button twice. You may need to do this several times to time it right - it took me three times, When Yahoo's solutions appear just click in the Classic option. I am now back in touch witth the world and although it hasn't resolved Yahoo's problem yoou will, at long last be in touch. I'm not claiming to be a problem solver, I found this in Yahoo's answers.

Hope this resolves your problem. Good Luck

SOURCE: unable to reply, forward or compose new emails on my yahoo account, will not load emails properly. unable to access any tool functions along top yahoo page (ie check mail, new, what's new, mail classic

Hello laurenloscia

alot of the times, just going into internet options and setting everything to default, and clearing the cookies and files works about 50% of the time.

This is possibly a yahoo issue. If you use yahoo thru ATT, you can call ATT for support and they will escalate any valid issues to yahoo for you.

Their phone number is 1-877-722-3755

ask for tech support at the prompt

they can remote on your computer to see if it is a java issue or whatever

if they can replicate it on their computer also, they will create a yahoo trouble ticket and give you thier member service number. Yahoo resolves 85% of these within 48 hrs.

If they cant replicate it, then they will consider it a pc issue and refer you to connect tech or to best buy's geek squad.

Personally, I would also try sending emails in safemode, If you can do it in safemode, and not in reg mode, it is definately PC related.

To get to safemode, turn your computer off and when you turn it back on, tap the F8 button until you get an advanced screen. Pick safemode with networking with the arrow keys. Log in, click yes when it tells you you're running in safemode, and then when your on your desktop, which will look alot differnt, black background with big icons, click on internet explorer and go to mail.yahoo.com and see if it works now, if it does, like i said, its pc related. If it still cant, call ATT's support if you have thier DSL or U-Verse

I want to change my newest yahoo mail to yahoo classic mail

Try changing to a lower screen resolution size first. For some people, this works and forces Yahoo to ask you if you want to revert back to Mail Classic. This fix does not work for everyone though, but do try it.

If this doesn't work, go to the help pages and contact Yahoo through there. I've previously sent people instructions on how to contact Yahoo to restore Mail Classic, but I've found out recently that Yahoo is extremely slow in responding through that avenue, sometimes they don't even respond.

Yahoo requires written authorization to restore your Mail Classic, so when you do contact them, you need to tell them that you do want it restored.

They also want feedback, they want to know why you're wanting to change back so they can better improve the new version.

The new version is full of bugs, I've responded to hundreds of people wanting to change back.

Good luck.

I want to return to old yahoo mail

Yahoo took out the return to classic button .Because they want to shove the new and improved mail down our throats. But I found this page that might get your classic mail back.Hop it works for you.I got a Gmail account and it is super easy if you need to change your pass word, took me about 5 minutes And I'm looked out one of my email accounts and couldn't remember the password in the other.Gmail doesn't send your password any where just resets with a secret question.

Cannot load my mail box message. but it works in another pc

This is a new problem with Yahoo mail. :( Ever since they changed the Yahoo mail page to m.www.yahoo. You might try the Yahoo help link at the bottom of their home page or go here: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/classic/ and look for Troubleshooting tips for Yahoo! Mail Issues: Introduction
You will probably need to delete all the old cookies and history from your browser and then close it and reopen it, then type in the http:///m.www.yahoo.com/ and click the email link. Hope that helps. We've had the same problem!
