The machine stops pumping water and turns itself off. I only use filtered water and it's only 6 weeks old.
I've had the same exact thing happen to my brewer. Only after a couple weeks of use. How frustrating. Nothing is worse than waking up in the morning and your trusty brewer is on the fritz. I called Keurig and they were very friendly and replaced my unit for me. Still frustrating. They couldn't give me any answers as to why it happened, but replaced the brewer with pretty much no hassle or no questions asked.
But here's the kicker... now the replacement brewer just had the same thing happen. So, now I've gone through 2 brewers within a few weeks. They obviously have an issue with this unit. They are replacing this one for me AGAIN, but I'm not sure how confident I am going to be with it. Again, they replaced it very easily. Great customer service, but makes you wonder... why are they replacing these units so easily. Very frustrating that I am on my third brewer right now.
