Question about Televison & Video
This is the model of tv that we have.Whenever we turn on ANY channel....whatever is spoken on the tv, the same printed word appears on the screen!!!
How do we get rid of the dialogue on the tv screen?
THat is Closed Captioning, and you can **** it off by pressing the menu button for your tv, and finding the option CLOSED CAOPTION (OR CCD) (or CC) and set it to off.
There may also be a CC or CCD button on your remote that if you hit it a few times it may turn this off also.
It will be either in the menu, or a button on the remote.
