I have a York heat pump AHP42c and the blower is vibrating excessive.

Is anything inside the blower wheel? Check both sides. It could be a paper towel or something else that was sucked into the wheel

I have a york diamond 80 heater. The part that blows the heat out won't come on.. igniter lites and flames come on but blower doesn't..help we are freezing

Sounds like your fan switch is defectiveor posibble installed in the wrong place. This switch is heat controlled and delays the fan coming on until there is warm air to blow.

I have a York heat pump on Emergency (electric) heat. When breaker is on it short cycles (10 secs on, 1 min off). Tested the thermostat and it is not the problem (completely removed it) and the heater...

Is this an electric heat unit or a refrigeration cycle heat pump?
If this is a refrigeration unit, it could be a charge/pressure problem.
If this is an electric heater, is the blower working? The blower must be on or the element will overheat.

I just changed the control board in my york furnace the old one shorted out upon putting the new one in it gives me the trouble code of the led blinking 9 times and the big blower runs continuously please...

On the back of the bottom door, is a led code which will tell you what could be wrong. I would turn power off, disconnect the thermostat wires, but unit back
together turn power on, blower should not run.

Next make sure fan switch at thermostat is not in the on position. Turn power off and put a jumper between
r and w. Turn power on the blower may come on and
then shut off, heat should come on and then blower
again. If this is true, then you have a problem with
the thermostat or thermostat wires, make sure these
wires are not touching

Where is the furnace filter located on the York P3CGD12N08001B

Residential furnaces have exterior filter boots supplied by installer, commercial york units have filter access doors. If this is a roof top unit your filters would be in the door to the left of the blower compartment.

York hvac heat problem

whats happenening is that the unit's nare probably going off on the high limits. Thats when the fans will run until they are cycled off manually. Check yor filters and the belts to make sure that you are moveiong enough air for the unit. theanks for usin Fixya.
