Question about Motorola Mobility Z9 Cellular Phone
I m not able to use sim card provided by other companies. i have a motorola Z9 phone. it is gifted by my uncle from america. i m in india now. when i insert another company's simcard in it it stays at a logo of at&t. how can i solve this problem. plz give me a solution for this.
Well, cellphones which are bought from companies are locked for the SIM-Card of that company only, so you can't use any other company's SIM Cards. The solution is to get it to someone to "unlock" the phone for the company you want. Try asking in regular cellphone stores about the ability to unlock your phone for the company of your new SIM-Card. Once unlocked, you'll be good to go.
