The lens is not designed to be removed by the user. Unless you have a lens collimator and other equipment needed to ensure proper reassembly, take the camera to a good camera shop and have a properly trained and equipped professional do whatever repair you need.
Remove the SD card from the camera. Slide the tiny switch on the side of the card to its other "unlocked" position. Reinsert the card in the camera. But if you've already tried this, see this link for additional things that you can try.
You should have a usb connector that comes with the camera then you would usually plug this into your computer or laptop. You may have to go buy this connector. You can go where ever they sell computers or laptops or where they sell cameras and explain to someone what your trying to do. Good Luck!
