Tv shuts off and wont come back on

park It first for 10 minutes then try to start again but make sure you have been follow up the structure

Use a bottle of yellow HEET dry gas to remove any moisture problem in the fuel.

Clean / replace air filter.
Check ATF at level ground. Top off ATF to MAX level.

It is probably the wiring. Try buying a new power cord.
If not than it is just malfunctioned.

analog board is most likely cause. Especially if you cant shut it off or change channels when it freezes.

While it is suspicious happening so soon after lamp replacement, your main power supply may have failed. In earlier sets, these were problems that eventually happened.

How old is the battery? They can reach a point where they will not take a charge and need replaced.

Just keep smack'in it around, it works for me. It is the 'protection overload circuit' taking over and shutting the TV set off. This is because it detected a short or near-short circuit somewhere. Most common is high voltage, deflection amplifiers and main power supply. It's pretty much a common fix for an experienced tv repairman. It might set me back in the ballpark of $200 - $300.
