I recently started getting a glare from lighting in my videos. How do I fix it?

I had my SMX-F50BN camorder about a year and a half. Recently when I record I get a glare from outside lighting in my videos. Is there any setting or something else I can do to reduce or get rid of the glare?

I cleaned the lense to see if that would help any, but i still get it. Not exactly sure how to describe it, but it kind of loks like a glare or little blurriness from outside lighting. I know yesterday when I was recording my sister"s conert in front of JC Penny I was getting a glare from the store sign lights in the video. I was wondering if there is something to fix it or if there might be a setting on the camcorder itself to fix or help reduce this. thnks for all the help snd advice.

I just recorded a little in my house to see how it would look. I had the lights off and when I recorded I did not get any glare on my camera and didn't get any glare from my computer when I recorded my computer screen, but like I said above I got a glare yesterday from the lights when I recorded my sisters concert. thanks in advance for all your help and advice.

Probably not glare but dirty lenses, clean up or install a glare or outside light cover around the lens

How do i get the demonstration of the screen

There is usually an option in the menu to turn the DEMO off. Not sure the exact model number of the camorder that you are referring to. DEMO mode acts as a type of screensaver. It will start demonstration if the camorder is left sitting idle too long.

Hope this helps.

I have music, videos etc & plug it into the Tv sometimes or my computer...i recently just bought it & used it for a little less than a week & now my tv or computer won't recognize its plugged...

> recently bought it & used it for a little less than a week

Then, it should be covered both by the store's own guarantee (7 days? 1 month?) and by the (one-year?) manufacturer's warranty.

Exercise the warranty, and get it replaced.

Laptop Screen Freezes and turns black When Adjusted angle.

It is possible that the video cable is chafing in the point where it passes through the hinge assembly. Try reseating the video cable, if that doesn't help, the replacing the LCD cable assembly is the likely fix.

I have a half white screen and the other half is usable..!

You mom will not kill you, the fault was probably not caused by you (you can tell her I told you)..
The fault most likely a faulty video chip on the laptop or a faulty connector between the laptop motherboard and the LCD screen. You can connect the laptop to an external monitor and the power the laptop up, if the image on the monitor is OK then the video chip is OK.
If the laptop is new then it should be under warranty, get it fixed or replaced.

Pink circles and glares with sunset photos

It may have to do with the black ring. (think football players). I'm guessing either that or the more sensitive, noisier CCD is to blame!!! Good Luck!!!
