What is life coaching and life science ?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lifestyle_guru

Check WebMd for some of the issues a life coach might tackle. Life sciences have nothing to do with life coaches.

Think motivational speaker who assigns homework at rates of $300 to $1000 an hour. The homework? You clarify your goals, determine objectives, write steps to achieving, and the guru confronts you about your progress. This is clearly an "art" and not a science. It can last as long as you have money and success depends upon you doing the steps you have selected.

No training or certification in guidance counseling nor mental health. Some employment agencies offer some of the exercises such as a life coach provides in order to make clients work ready, for example.

What are the side affects

Many supplements contain active ingredients that can have strong effects in the body. Always be alert to the possibility of unexpected side effects, especially when taking a new product.
Supplements are most likely to cause side effects or harm when people take them instead of prescribed medicines or when people take many supplements in combination. Some supplements can increase the risk of bleeding or, if a person takes them before or after surgery, they can affect the person's response to anesthesia. Dietary supplements can also interact with certain prescription drugs in ways that might cause problems. Here are just a few examples:
  • Vitamin K can reduce the ability of the blood thinner Coumadin to prevent blood from clotting.
  • St. John's wort can speed the breakdown of many drugs (including antidepressants and birth control pills) and thereby reduce these drugs' effectiveness.
  • Antioxidant supplements, like vitamins C and E, might reduce the effectiveness of some types of cancer chemotherapy.
Keep in mind that some ingredients found in dietary supplements are added to a growing number of foods, including breakfast cereals and beverages. As a result, you may be getting more of these ingredients than you think, and more might not be better. Taking more than you need is always more expensive and can also raise your risk of experiencing side effects. For example, getting too much vitamin A can cause headaches and liver damage, reduce bone strength, and cause birth defects. Excess iron causes nausea and vomiting and may damage the liver and other organs.
Be cautious about taking dietary supplements if you are pregnant or nursing. Also, be careful about giving them (beyond a basic multivitamin/mineral product) to a child. Most dietary supplements have not been well tested for safety in pregnant women, nursing mothers, or children.

Would it help if my doctor gave me anti biotics for my cold? I have felt really unwell all week.

No - sorry, it won't make any difference to your cold as colds are viral and anti biotics are only effective against bacterial infections.

Can you please define these words for me? (science) Dissolved, solvent, solute, chemical reaction, concentrated, saturated, dilution & crystallisation.

Dissolve - Think about how you put sugar into cofee, the sugar disolves into it, so you don't drink sugar pieces.

Solvent - is a substance used to disolve stuff. For example acetone disolves plastic in general, so you do not use it to clean your camera.

Solute - is a disolved substance. For example sugar in the cofee after it's been dissolved.

Chemical reaction - When you mix 2 chemical elements that have an action one to another, a chemical reaction happens. For example if you put Sodium in water, it releases hidrogen and heat (often the hidrogen ignites)

Concentrated - if you put too much sugar in your cofee, you say it's too concentrated.

Saturated - the moment you add more sugar to the cofee, and it just does not dissolve, you say the cofee is saturated with sugar.

Dilution - Reducing the concentration of a chemica. Adding more cofee to a saturated cup, is diluting it.

Crystallization - is the natural or artificial process of formation of solid crystals in nature or lab. For example the formation of ice crystals. More on the wikipedia page HERE.
