Also when you use a cable? Use free driverbooster from iobit. Perhaps via a friend and install in your computer. You'll get the newest drivers. I use it gladly, no problems at all with it and very helpful.
An other problem can be your modem; also a friend can be of help with this one.

What seems to be the problem with your wireless connection? Can you provide me with the details?

Are you having some issues connecting to your wireless network even if your driver looks good and your computer's network switch is on? If that's the case, then chances are you have an outdated driver or your wireless card is defective.

The most common problem is actually with the driver. TO fix that, you can either reinstall the driver or update it. Drivers always have issues because they usually stop working when there drivers are outdated. Installing radarsync can get rid of outdated drivers. It's technician software.

Check to see if the LAN card is enabled and working. If not install the LAN card driver.
If the LAN driver is working then go to Control Panel - Network Connections - right click on the LAN card then click on Properties, then check the TCP/IP settings of the LAN card, Tick Obtain an IP address automatically and tick Obtain an DNS server address automatically.
Then you will be able to connect to the Internet.

Before connecting to the internet wired or wireless, a blue screen occur... I unistalled wireless drivers and re-istalled again, I replaced the wireless unit with a new one using the original configuration...

Try getting the driver from the manufacture on the internet. The driver maybe corrupt causing a blue screen. Another solution is to use a live linux cd, example puppy linux and see if works that way.

Notebook does not connect to LAN or wireless

The dlinks have a tendency to reset to factory settings when you do a firmware upgrade. Connect to the router using a wired connection or using another computer, confirm the settings are what you want, not the defaults. NEVER use the default wireless name (in this case: dlink), always change it to something nobody around you is using!

My laptop used to connect to the wireless connection , but one day it stopped working and now i can only connect to internet using a lan cable

go into the device manager and uninstall the wireless adapter. Then click scan for hardware changes and let windows resinstall it. It sounds like a corrupt driver. Before doing so make sure you didnt hit the wireless button that shuts off the connection on the computer. :)

Wireless LAN problem

Make sure that the built-in wireless lan is disabled. If your pc is XP or vista, uninstall the new WIRELESS LAN(go to control panet, add/remove programs), select the Atheros Software. Leave the WIRELESS ADAPTER connected to your pc. Insert the disc, do not run the set up. RESTART THE PC. The drivers for the WIRELESS ADAPTER should install, if not load drivers manually.
MAKE SURE WIRELESS ZERO CONFIGURATION for XP is running. You should be able to detect wireless networks.

Using G630 but get "network cable unplugged" message

A little confusing this, it would not say 'Network cable unplugged' if windows was refering to your D-link wireless connection(It's wireless) The cable unplugged should be refering to your Wired Ethernet card, so there must be no cable connected at one or other end. You don't mention anything about what the wireless card is trying to connect to(eg Wireless modem/router or another wireless PC). Maybe your pc is getting confused as to whether you wish to connect wirelessly or wired, as it can only work through one IP Address at a time. i could be wrong, but you probably thought that they were working but only one was, you really need to explain why you are using both wired and wireless and what is connected to what, Please reply and hopefully it'll get sorted
