Does this happened to all videos? Make sure that you connectivity/bandwidth is enough to handle large video files from youtube.

Have you tried playing this thru Internet Explorer? It could be a browser issue.

1. Open your web browser.

2. Goto Tools >> Internet Options.

3. Delete all Cookies, Temporary Files and History.

If you are talking about in a web browser, go to Google and search "adblocker for chrome" if you use Google Chrome, "adblocker for firefox" if you use Firefox, etc. If you don't know which browser you use, visit this website: http://whatbrowser.org/ and when you go to Google, search "adblocker for [your browser name]"

Webpage error details

If possible, I would recommend updating your browser to the IE10, which is the latest version available on Windows. If your computer is unable to install IE10 then you may want to try a more modern browser, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

Hope that helps!

Clicked on message to read but a blank page appears

Check your internet browsers Adblock. I'd suggest downloading either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox (if you already use one, download the other) and try reading the message in the other browser. If you can read the message in the second browser, then you should look at the adblocking of your preferred browser. If this is the case, I would need to know your preferred internet browser, but it should be an easy fix.

Can not watch video on youtube just get black screen where vid should be. i have adobe flashplayer

This may be because you are using an Ad Blocker. Browser addons like AdBlock for firefox and chrome can cause issues with youtube. The reason is because youtube does not load the video until after the ad has played. If you block the ad, the video never gets the signal to load. Hope this helps.

My abc player loads up to the finally commercial & stops. I can not see the click button on bottom left. And I also now see a small blank spot on top right. How can I fix??

It sounds like you have an adblocker of some sort turned on. On ABC's video website it has the annoying effect of playing the comercial and blocking the actual video. Try turning the adblock software off.
Option 2, reinstall adobe flash with the latest version. Also try using Firefox. It handeles streaming video better than other browsers for some reason.
