The control panel for my Amana oven, model ACS3350AS, turns off mid cycle. How do I know if the panel is fried or it's something else? Is the control panel easy to find and install?

the fitst thing i would do is check the incomig power. make sure you have constant power ad that the range isnt loosing power. if your power is good, then you may have a bad control. go to www.searspartsdirect.com. type in the model and you can view the price for the control

Hello,

This sounds like a Scanner/Flatbed Problem. This series of printers have a known problem with this component. The scanner is failing to initialize itself. The scanner does need to be changed by an Authorized HP Warranty Repair Facility. It is possible that it may be covered under an HP Extended Warranty program. See repair information VIA posted Link.

The handle is broken how can it be replaced. it cannot be opened

if it cant be opened from either side( child lock is on...etc) then the only way to get it open ist to try and rmove the inside door panel without breaking it< which is pretty much impossible. once you get into the door panne you can open the door by pushing the rod that used to connect to the handle. cheapest rout is to find a door panel and a door handle at a junk yard

Hello, my dryer says control locked. i dont know what to do.

The following link explains how to unlock the control panel on a Whirlpool Duet:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r2469429-kenmore_elite_amp_whirlpool_duet

This is actually a designed safety feature of the dryer that allows the consumer to lock the control panel to prevent small children from manipulating the controls. It can be inadvertently locked by leaning on the control panel, or during power outages. The instructions are printed on the front panel of the washer and are included in the owner's manual.

If you require further assistance, please let me know. I hope this helps you.

If there are no lights on the control panel then initially check if connections to the panel are fine.If they look fine then you definitely need a new control panel. No need for a new touch panel. Its always that the control panel goes faulty, not the touch panel.
you can also check for competitive rates from local dealers and few sites like--repairclinic.com and applianceparts.com
thanks.

Controll pannes has dim lights and wont respond to touch

It sounds like a bad timer board . If you unplug overnight you allow discharging the capacitor on control board, that is the reason why it works next day. Check if the power outlet is grounded properly, and test a different outlet. If that does not fix the problem, then test and eventually replace timer board, motor control unit or any other control board present (dryness control if present).
